RV Parking Regulations

SHOW GROUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE 12:00 NOON, WEDNESDAY NOTICE

Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the club(s) to its exhibitors. Failure to follow the instructions of officials on duty will result in forfeiture of parking privileges without refund of fees paid and the possibility of disciplinary action determined by the event Committee. Parking is strictly at the exhibitor’s risk as the club(s) and Site Control accept no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal property or the loss of or injury to animals in the care of exhibitors at these events.

There will be NO water OR Sewer Hookups. Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.

Overnight parking at these events is permitted at a fee of $30.00 per night or $100.00 for Cluster via advance sale only.

There will be NO water or electric hookups.

No electric lines can be laid across roads.

No Parking Spaces May Be Reserved By Using Traffic Cones.

Private Exercise Pens may be setup in the lot. Shavings must be used & cleaned up and area should be left as it was found.

$30.00 per night or $100.00 for Cluster via advance sale only. $40.00 per night if advanced reservations are not made.

The completion of a Reservation and on site sign up releases the Kennel Club of Philadelphia, Inc., Penn Treaty Kennel Club, Inc. and the greater Philadelphia Dog Fanciers association, Inc., Site Control, their committees & personnel (paid or volunteer) and greater Philadelphia expo Center and its representatives from any and all liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury to persons, property or animals at these events whether the aforesaid loss, theft, damage or injury results from negligence, willful or otherwise, and whether from fire, theft or any cause whatever.
