Reservations for each show will open after the official premium list for the show has been released (except for special cases).

Please save or print your receipt/ proof of payment. This will be your confirmation. Please have this available at the show.
If you have reservation requests, please check the “Notes” box on the check out page and type your request in the box that appears. Remember, this is a request and not a guarantee.
If an item is listed “Out of Stock,” this means that we have sold out of pre-reserved spots. Most shows will have free grooming or may have spots for purchase on site. Please know the availability of spots on site are not guaranteed.
Sales rejected or declined credit/ debit cards do not constitute a valid reservation.
Text Messages & Emails do not constitute a valid reservation.
Parking Guidlines:
Reserved Day Parkers -Site Control will park you in your spot, but it is your responsibility to maintain your spot. Please bring cones or another way to save your spot when you leave it.
RV Share Guidlines:
Notify the camper owner/ delivery person that they must go to RV Check in upon arrival. Please make clear that there may be a line.
Please remind the rental service that most of these show locations are not campgrounds. The following may be necessary:
100 Feet of the proper amperage cord is strongly suggested.
Full hookups are not guaranteed, but plenty of fresh water hose, and sewer hose are recommended.
Some spots may not be level.
The delivery driver may NOT move/ change spots on their own. They must park in accordance with Site Control’s direction.
Failure to follow site control/ club rules may result in them being asked to leave and/ or an event hearing against the reservation holder.
Please provide your name/ the name your reservation is under to the RV Share Deliverer. We cannot confirm your reservation without this information.
Service Fees:
Site Control Services, LLC. does not profit from the service fees charged. Service fees are collected by the credit card transaction agency.
Service Fees are Non-Refundable
Most clubs charge a Non-Reservation fee. That is significantly higher than the service fee on the website.
Refunds:
NO REFUND IS GUARANTEED. However, we will do our best to accommodate the practices of each individual club and its exhibitors.
The refund will be for the price of the product you purchased. No Service fees will be refunded.
