NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

SITE CONTROL – John Miller and his Team (orange Shirts) will be overseeing all buildings, camping areas, gate, parking areas and traffic. You are asked to cooperate with & listen to them.

The Hickories Grounds Committee and/or the John Miller Team reserves the right to inspect and remove from service any electrical cord not in compliance with Federal, State and Local fire & electrical codes.

• Site will be available to Campers Wednesday, August 14th NOON to 10 pm. NO Admittance after 10 pm

• Regular show hours 7 am to 7 pm

• Exhibitor & Spectator DAY Parking $5 per day

• Enjoy Casual Dress for Exhibitors & Judges

• Indoor Grooming w/ Electric. Registration form in premium list. Electric sites 10 x 10 @$40 for 4 days. 10 x 10 Non-Electric sites @$20 for 4 Days.

• 2 Indoor Rings for Terriers, Non-Sporting and Toys – NO A/C

• 4 Outdoor rings, staging area at end of main tent

• Outdoor Grooming tent will be provided (NO ELECTRIC) Grooming tent will be available late afternoon Wednesday for setup. Watch our Hickories Facebook page for real timeupdates. You may groom there or next to your vehicle or pop-up tent, generators permitted.

• NO soft crates allowed under any tent, ringside or in any building. EXCEPT in the Obedience & Rally Building

• NO EXTENDED Flex-Leads allowed in any building or on the grounds.

• DO NOT leave any dogs in closed vehicles, we will take action.

• All dogs must have a current rabies certificate. This document must be produced on demand. • Bring your own Chair no public seating will be available.

• ALL parking is at your own risk. Please respect the parking attendants. Hickories Circuit, SNKC and TCKC assume no responsibility or liability for damaged or loss to any vehicle, its’ contents, or dogs.

• Handicap parking is available ONLY upon proof of state issued valid car placard or license.
